Alliance Mobile Medical Is Expanding Into Greater Houston in December 2025

Alliance Mobile Medical Services is excited to announce that we are expanding our advanced mobile wound and podiatry services into the Greater Houston market starting December 2025.

Our mission is simple: bring hospital-quality bedside care directly to residents in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, group homes, and select home settings—so high-risk patients receive consistent specialty care without the stress of transportation.

What We’re Bringing to Houston

Advanced Wound Care - Our wound care team will provide on-site management for:

• Acute and chronic wounds

• Non-pressure and pressure wounds, including complex and hard-to-heal cases

• Surgical wound and infection management

• Use of advanced dressings and biologic skin substitutes/grafts when appropriate

Our goal is to help facilities reduce avoidable hospitalizations, support better healing outcomes, and improve quality of life for residents.

Podiatry Services (in facility settings)
At launch, our podiatry services will focus on high-need, high-impact care within facility settings such as assisted living, group homes, skilled nursing, and long-term care, including:

• Routine nail care

• Callous debridement

• Diabetic foot exams

These services are designed to support early detection, reduce complications, and help prevent lower-extremity wounds and amputations in high-risk patients.

Additional podiatry services will be phased in over time as Alliance Mobile Medical continues to improve our services. Facilities and referral partners are encouraged to follow our progress for updates on expanded podiatry offerings.

We function as an extension of each facility’s clinical team—working closely with:

• Administrators and Directors of Nursing

• Medical Directors and attending physicians

• Rehab and therapy teams

• Home health and hospital partners

Our mobile model is built around predictable rounding, clear documentation, strong communication, and education for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
